A native New Yorker, Jonathan Guss had a seventeen-year career with the New York City Opera
before joining the cast of Phantom of the Opera for six years in Hamburg, Germany. Working as a
stage manager, film actor, voiceover artist and voice teacher, Jonathan Guss has sung at numerous
synagogues throughout New York, New Jersey and Massachusetts. Temple Sinai is delighted to have him as the soloist during High Holy Days and part-time during the year.
